The research in the laboratory of Flexible Electronics in Westlake University is focused on developing high-performance flexible metal oxide thin-film transistors (TFTs) to construct active-matrix sensing arrays by integrating TFT backpanel with physical sensors, biosensors, and displays. Flexible devices with disruptive properties including transparency, lightweight, and ultrathin-thickness will be endeavored for emerging applications in electronic skins and human-machine interfaces.
